On 23rd April, 2025, the Teachers from Don Bosco School, Dabolim attended a workshop on the ABC and CAT books, conducted by Dr. Marita Adam. Known for her work with diverse learners, Dr. Adam shared effective remediation and structured teaching strategies aimed at inclusive education.
Her book The Magic of Learning to Teach will form a part of the Learning Enrichment Programme at Don Bosco Primary School, Alto-Dabolim, for the academic year 2025–2026. The programme aims to enhance classroom engagement and bridge learning gaps.
The workshop emphasized goal-oriented teaching and the power of simplified, structured methods. Dr. Adam’s practical approach provided valuable tools to support both teachers and learners with varied learning abilities.
Participants left the session motivated, with actionable strategies to improve learning outcomes and deepen their understanding of inclusive teaching.
