On March 18, 2025, the Don Bosco School campus was buzzing with excitement as our 1st to 4th-grade students transformed into young entrepreneurs for the day!
From vibrant fruit and vegetable stalls to delicious dry sweets and savory snacks, the students took charge of their own mini-businesses—setting prices, pitching sales, and even calculating their profits. Parents, teachers, and even the little ones from the Pre-Primary section joined in as enthusiastic buyers, making the event a lively and interactive learning experience!
Objectives of Market Day:
1) Teach students financial basics like budgeting, pricing & profit calculation.
2) Encourage community participation by involving parents, teachers & local businesses.
3) Build confidence and communication skills as students manage their own stalls.
It was a day filled with learning, fun, and real-world experience!
