Christmas was celebrated at the Don Bosco Pre-Primary and Primary School, Alto-Dabolim, on 23rd December, 2023. A festive programme was organized by the School in the new Hall. The entire auditorium was decorated with lights, balloons and a beautiful backdrop. All the students wore colored clothes.
The programme began at 9:15 a.m. with the school prayer led by Arohi Kumbhar, a student of H.K.G. A speech on why we celebrate Christmas was given by Tr.Sayeda.
Various cultural were presented. A group of class IV students performed a beautiful dance. Christmas carols were sung by the teachers. Snacks were distributed to all the children.
After the children went home the Teachers had a celebration followed by lunch. Gifts were exchanged. Our School Manager Father Joel and Ma’am Nirmala gave all the Staff members a token of love and wished everyone a very Happy Christmas and New Year.
