Christmas Celebration at Don Bosco Primary School, Alto Dabolim

The festival of Christmas was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the students and staff of the school. The school auditorium was beautifully decorated with creative Christmas-themed decorations prepared by the students, adding charm and festivity to the occasion. The programme began with a warm welcome, followed by a short  prayer service highlighting the importance of Christmas and its values of love, sharing, kindness and joy. Teachers sang joyful Christmas carols, spreading festive cheer, while students presented a lively dance performance.

The arrival of Santa Claus was the highlight, bringing happiness and excitement to the children. Prizes were distributed to competition winners, and the School In-Charge appreciated everyone’s efforts. The celebration concluded with the School and National Anthems. Students received Christmas goodies from Mr. Edgar Melo Furtado, a long-time donor and supporter of the School.

A special Teachers’ programme with fun games and lunch sponsored by the Management made the celebration memorable.
