Don Bosco’s Konkan Development Society hosted a Job Readiness session for 66 women trainees in tailoring and computer operations at the B.E.S.T Centre, Shirahatti.
The program focused on building resumes, registering on donboscojobs.org, and developing employability skills like communication, punctuality, and confidence.
Trainees were also linked to WhatsApp job alerts and the B.E.S.T Placement Desk for ongoing support and safe, verified job opportunities.
This initiative bridges vocational training with economic independence, helping women step confidently into the workforce.
